  • 1 2/3 cups flour

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease the inside of a 9×5 loaf pan.
  3. Into a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, butter, CBD oil, and eggs.  
  4. Whisk well until smooth. 
  5. Add the pumpkin and canola oil and continue whisking.  Add a little water at a time until the mixture becomes loose like a cake batter.
  6. Bake for 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted into the loaf comes out clean.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
  • 1 onion, peeled and diced
  • 1 butternut squash, peeled and diced into small cubes
  • 32 ounces (2 16oz packages) chicken broth 
  • 1 small bundle fresh sage
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Crème fraiche for garnishing

Preparation:

  1. Into a Dutch oven, pour the olive oil and turn the heat to medium.  
  2. Sweat the garlic and onions until soft.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients, except for the salt, pepper, and crème fraiche, to the pot and bring the heat to a boil.  
  4. Reduce quickly to a simmer and cover.  
  5. Allow the mixture to simmer for about 30 minutes, or until you can easily pierce the squash with a fork.
  6. Remove from heat and pour the mixture into a food processor or high-powered blender.  
  7. Puree until smooth.
  8. Serve with a dollop of crème fraiche on top of each bowl.

  • 2 cups all-purpose-flour, plus 2 tbsp kept separately

  • 2 cups green apples, peeled and diced
  • 1 stick unsalted butter, softened at room temperature
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup milk

Preparation:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Add liners to two muffin tins.
