* As Tincture Drops: 1 full dropper, taken orally or added to food/beverage
* CBD Oils are to be taken under the tongue. Place described number of drops mentioned on label under your tongue and hold for 60-90 seconds before swallowing. This allows the oil to be absorbed by your body to receive the best effects.
Below is a breakdown of milligrams per dropper (mL), based on the strength of our different tinctures. There are 30, 1mL servings in each bottle:
500mg = 16mg of CBD per dropper
1000mg = 33mg of CBD per dropper
3000mg = 100mg of CBD per dropper.
