THC-C: Where Is It Legal? State By State List

  • Texas: THC-C is legal.  There aren’t any limits when it comes to what types of products may be sold.  Nor are there limits when it comes to the amount that can be purchased or possessed.  THC-C can be purchased as long as you’re of adult age.  The state prohibits recreational marijuana, and qualifying medical marijuana patients can only buy products containing a maximum of 0.5% THC.

Even though THC-C is a federally legal cannabinoid, it’s almost definitely banned in 19 states.  As we know, cannabis laws have been changing fast in a number of states, and a state in which it’s currently illegal may legalize it in the near future, and vice versa.
